Flap discs are available in a wide range of sizes and materials for applications including weld seam removal, surface blending, edge grinding and weld preparation on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. They have the advantage over other types of abrasives in that they enable grinding and finishing in one operation, and produce less vibration and noise during use.
